Lirika - Terms of Service

By using Lirika ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully.
1. Service Description
Lirika is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate poems, messages, lyrics, letters and songs based on the emotion, tone and theme you select. The app is developed and provided by Verselya.
2. Account and Usage
- You may use the app as a guest (anonymously) or create a registered account.
- The app is not intended for users under the age of 13.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse the free credit system is prohibited.
3. Credit System
Content generation consumes credits. Ways to earn credits:
- Welcome bonus: One-time grant after first registration
- Daily login: Each day you open the app
- Watching ads: A daily limited number of rewarded ads
- Credit pack purchase: One-time in-app purchase
- Premium subscription: Automatic credits as part of monthly or yearly subscription
Credits are personal to your account, are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Refund requests are subject to the app store's (Google Play / App Store) policies.
4. Generated Content and Copyright
For all content generated by Lirika (poems, messages, lyrics, songs), users have a limited commercial usage right within the licensing terms of the AI providers powering our service. This right applies to both free and premium users.
Important: The copyright status of AI-generated content is not legally settled in Turkey and many other jurisdictions. If you use generated content commercially (book or album sales, brand use, etc.), legal responsibility lies with you. Verselya does not guarantee originality or copyright ownership of the generated content.
5. User Responsibility
- You are responsible for the legality of any text, names and references you input.
- Generating content targeting third parties (real names, brands, public figures, etc.) with defamatory, harassing or unlawful intent is prohibited.
- You are responsible for the use, distribution or sharing of generated content for unlawful purposes.
- There is no guarantee on the accuracy, suitability or quality of AI outputs. Reviewing the content before using it is your responsibility.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the app for:
- Producing illegal, harmful, defamatory or hateful content
- Child abuse, violence or sexual content
- Spam, fraud or phishing
- Infringing third-party copyright or privacy rights
- Reverse engineering, automated requests (bots) or denial-of-service attempts
7. Premium Subscription
- Premium subscription auto-renews monthly or yearly.
- To cancel, use your device's app store settings.
- Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Refund requests are subject to the app store's policies.
8. Song Library
- All songs you generate are automatically saved to your account library.
- Library capacity is 50 songs for free users and 500 songs for premium users.
- When the library is full, you must delete some existing songs or upgrade to a higher tier to generate new ones.
- When the account is deleted, the entire library is permanently removed.
9. Account Suspension
Your account may be suspended or terminated without notice for violations of these terms. In such cases, credits and subscriptions are non-refundable.
10. Disclaimer
The Lirika service is provided "as is". Verselya does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Verselya is not liable for the accuracy, suitability or legal validity of generated content.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any disputes.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through in-app notifications. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the changes.
