Lirika ("App") is an AI-powered emotion, poem and song generation application developed by Verselya. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
Our application collects the following data:
- Device Information: Anonymous device identifier, platform (Android/iOS), app version, and language preference
- Account Information (optional): If you choose to create an account or sign in, your email address, password (stored only in encrypted/hashed form), and an optional display name. These are not collected for anonymous guest usage.
- Usage Data: Generated poems, messages, song lyrics and songs; selected emotions, tones, themes; favorites and likes
- Generated Songs: Audio files and cover images of songs you create are stored in our cloud storage so they remain accessible after they are removed from provider CDNs
- Credit Activity: Credit grants (welcome bonus, daily login, ad rewards) and spends (content generation)
- Payment Information: Premium subscription and credit pack purchases are processed through app stores (Google Play / App Store). Your credit card information is not stored by us.
Note: Creating an account is optional — you can use the app anonymously as a guest without providing an email. Email and display name are collected only if you choose to register or sign in. A phone number is never collected.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate content matching your emotion using artificial intelligence
- To automatically back up your generated songs and keep them in your account library
- To provide personalized content suggestions
- To manage your credit system (balance, purchases, refunds)
- To handle subscription and payment transactions
- To manage your optional account (sign-in and account recovery)
- To improve the application experience and resolve technical issues
3. Third-Party Services
Our application uses the following service categories:
- AI Text Generation Provider: Poem, message, lyrics and letter generation (your input is processed)
- AI Music Generation Provider: Song generation from your lyrics
- Cloud Storage Provider: Persistent storage of generated songs and images
- Subscription / Purchase Infrastructure: Management and validation of premium subscription and credit pack transactions (purchase status and an anonymous account identifier are processed)
- App Stores: Purchases via Google Play / App Store
- Advertising & Measurement: Free users are shown non-personalized ads via Google AdMob. We also use the Meta (Facebook) SDK to measure and optimize our ad campaigns; for this, your advertising identifier and basic app events (install, launch) may be shared with our advertising partners. On iOS, this measurement/tracking depends on your App Tracking Transparency consent; if you do not consent, your advertising identifier is not used for tracking. On Android, you can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
- Error Tracking Service: Crash and error reports (anonymized)
Each service is subject to its own privacy policy.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
- Database access is restricted to authorized systems
- Usage data is retained as long as your account is active
- Upon account deletion request, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- Generated songs remain in your library until you delete them
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction of your personal data
- Request deletion (account closure)
- Object to data processing
- Request data portability
6. Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app:
- In-app: Go to Settings → Delete Account. The action requires a two-step confirmation (a warning and a type-to-confirm step) and cannot be undone.
When you delete your account, the following are permanently removed: all generated poems and songs (including the audio files and cover images stored in our cloud), your favorites and likes, your credit balance and credit history, and your account record.
If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion by emailing [email protected]. Deletion is immediate within the app; any backups and logs are purged within 30 days. An anonymized device identifier may be retained for up to 90 days solely to prevent repeated sign-up bonus abuse; it contains no personal data.
7. Children's Privacy
Our application is not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through in-app notifications.
